POSITION OBJECTIVE
Collaborate closely with the Founder to initialize, stabilize, and document workflows for new ventures and projects, eventually transitioning operations to a permanent succeeding team.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Venture Initialization
- Partner with the Founder to architect the initial organizational structure, operational workflows, and management systems for new initiatives across diverse sectors (Software, Services, or Manufacturing).
2. Operations & Supervision
- Act as the interim Operations Manager, driving cross-functional team progress and mitigating execution bottlenecks to achieve initial project milestones.
- Actively participate in market research and the hands-on execution of new product/project phases depending on specific venture requirements.
3. Process Standardization & Documentation

Observe, analyze, and systematically document end-to-end operational workflows to construct comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and operational Playbooks.
4. Knowledge Transfer & Handover

Facilitate the recruitment, onboarding, and training of permanent management personnel, ensuring a seamless and risk-mitigated exit for the Founder.
REQUIREMENTS
- High Adaptability: Proven ability to rapidly assimilate unfamiliar job scopes and penetrate new market segments within compressed timeframes.
- Technological Proficiency: Advanced competency in project management platforms (e.g., Notion, Slack) and leveraging AI tools/AI Agents to optimize workflows.
- Resilience: High tolerance for ambiguity and the capacity to thrive under the inherent pressures of the "0-to-1" venture-building phase.
