Why this role matters
We are not just building another POD platform; we are building the future of e-Commerce. We are looking for a Product Manager (2+ years of experience) to lead PODAi—our cutting-edge product designed to disrupt the personalization market.
Your goal is to leverage Generative AI to make "Personalization" as easy as a single click. You will lower the barrier to entry for sellers, helping them launch complex personalized campaigns faster and easier than ever before.
What You’ll Do
- Drive the product roadmap for PODAi, focusing on creating a market-leading USP that simplifies the design and launch process for personalized products.
- Take the "scary" and "difficult" tools of current personalization and transform them into a seamless, AI-powered interface that anyone can use.
- Optimize the user journey so that launching a campaign is not just easier, but significantly faster for our sellers.
- Identify and acquire a new segment of customers who want to sell personalized products but are currently intimidated by existing technical barriers.
- Lead a squad of AI engineers, UX designers, and marketers to bring innovative AI features from ideation to launch.
- Constantly monitor campaign launch rates and user feedback to refine the AI’s performance and user flow.
Who You Are
- 2+ years of experience in Product Management. Experience in POD (Print-on-Demand), e-Commerce, or SaaS is a massive advantage.
- You have a "less is more" philosophy. You are obsessed with taking complex technical processes and making them incredibly simple for the end-user.
- You have a strong interest or hands-on experience in Generative AI (Stable Diffusion, Midjourney, LLMs). You understand how AI can be applied to solve real-world design and personalization problems.
- You don't just build features; you build USPs. You understand how to position a product to win in a competitive market.
- You are comfortable with ambiguity and excited by the challenge of building something that doesn't exist in the market yet.
- Well-versed in Agile methodologies and ready to pivot fast based on market insights.
