ABOUT PRODUCT
ConvertCore AI-Native Vision: This initial concept frames ConvertCore as an AI-native commerce workspace designed to replace seller guesswork with intelligent automation. It targets three core seller personas with distinct AI-driven solutions:
- For the Niche Brand Builder
- For the Velocity Seller
- For the Social Community Builder
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct market, competitor, and user research to define and drive the product roadmap for the eCommerce platform.
- Build and maintain the Product Backlog, and create clear User Stories and Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) for Engineering and Design teams.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, and Marketing teams to ensure products are delivered on schedule and meet quality standards.
- Analyze key business and product metrics, including conversion rate, GMV, retention, and churn, to identify opportunities and drive product improvements.
- Research and benchmark leading eCommerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, and Wix to recommend and prioritize relevant product features.
- Leverage AI tools (e.g., Claude, Codex, ChatGPT, or similar) to enhance product workflows, including specification writing, data analysis, rapid prototyping, and process optimization.
- Manage the full product lifecycle, from ideation and development to launch and performance measurement.
REQUIREMENTS
- 1–3 years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner, preferably within eCommerce or SaaS environments.
- Strong understanding of popular eCommerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Wix, Magento, and their core operational workflows, including checkout processes, payment gateways, inventory management, and order management.
- Proficient in using AI-powered tools (e.g., Claude, Codex, ChatGPT, or equivalent solutions) to accelerate research, documentation, analysis, and overall product execution.
