Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Talent & Succession Management
- Framework Development: Lead the design and implementation of the organization’s Succession Planning framework.
- Talent Review: Partner with HRM and Department Heads to conduct periodic talent assessments and People Review sessions to identify high-potential (HiPo) individuals.
- Development Roadmaps: Monitor the successor pipeline and establish detailed Action - - - Plans to nurture the high-potential talent pool.
- Strategic Integration: Align succession planning with Performance Management, Learning & Development (L&D), and Internal Mobility initiatives.
2. Performance Optimization
- Cycle Ownership: Take full ownership of the end-to-end performance review cycles (OKRs/KPIs/360-degree feedback), ensuring evaluation quality and objectivity across all departments.
- Performance Consulting: Directly manage underperformance cases and coordinate Performance Improvement Plans (PIP).
- Management Coaching: Empower Line Managers with essential skills in assessment, constructive feedback, and data-driven personnel decision-making.
3. Labor Relations & Compliance
- Employee Relations (ER): Advise on and resolve labor relations matters, including internal conflicts, grievances, disciplinary actions, and contract terminations for non-high-risk groups.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all HR operations strictly adhere to the Vietnam Labor Code and internal corporate governance policies.
- Risk Mitigation: Serve as the primary escalation point to assess operational risks and propose strategic interventions to the HRM.
4. Operational Excellence
- Process Improvement: Propose and implement initiatives to enhance HR efficiency and minimize operational risks.
- General Duties: Execute additional professional tasks as required by the leadership team.
Requirements:
1. Professional Experience & Expertise
- Background: Minimum of 3–5 years of experience as an HRBP or in a specialized - Performance/Talent Management role. Prior experience in Tech or E-commerce sectors is highly advantageous.
- Management Frameworks: In-depth knowledge of modern performance management methodologies (OKRs, KPIs, 360-degree feedback).
- Legal Proficiency: Comprehensive understanding of the Vietnam Labor Law, specifically regarding disciplinary procedures and employment termination.
2. Systems Thinking & HRIS Proficiency
- Process Design: Proven ability to build and standardize complex HR workflows from the ground up.
- Digital Literacy: Proficiency in at least one HRIS platform (e.g., Base, Odoo, SAP). – --Candidates must possess a digitalization mindset to automate repetitive administrative tasks.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data and extract actionable insights from performance and succession metrics rather than merely presenting raw data.
3. Partnership & Soft Skills
- Consultative Approach: Capability to partner effectively with Technical and Product Leads, demonstrating the confidence to challenge existing norms and provide tailored HR solutions.
- Communication: Diplomatic in conflict resolution yet assertive in ensuring the quality and punctuality of performance cycles.
- Practical Problem Solving: A focus on realistic, results-oriented solutions over theoretical frameworks.
