JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Market Entry & Strategic Expansion
- Design and execute robust Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies for the ShopBase ecosystem across target regions (US, EU, CA, AU, etc.).
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify regional nuances, competitive landscapes, and consumer behavior to tailor localized business models.
- Evaluate market feasibility and provide data-driven recommendations regarding new product launches or segment penetrations.
2. Integrated Marketing & Sales Leadership
- Assume full accountability for Revenue growth and Market Share within assigned territories.
- Orchestrate the end-to-end marketing and sales funnel, from brand awareness and lead generation to conversion and retention.
- Strengthen OCG’s global market positioning through high-level networking, public speaking, and industry engagement.
3. Community Building & Ecosystem Engagement
- Directly oversee the development and nurturing of user communities across major platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Discord, and Telegram.
- Leverage community insights to drive product innovation and establish a loyal, educated customer base.
4. Cross-functional Leadership
- Collaborate closely with Product and Operations teams to ensure our offerings effectively address the "pain points" of international merchants.
- Recruit, mentor, and manage high-performing, multicultural marketing and sales teams across various countries.
REQUIREMENT

Professional Experience: 2–3 years of proven experience in IT Product. Candidates with a background in Cross-border E-commerce are plus.

Strategic Mindset: Possession of a strong Growth Mindset; prior experience in scaling international businesses or building multi-country teams is a significant advantage.

Language Proficiency: Fluency in English (both written and verbal) is essential for navigating international partnerships and global team management.

Leadership Prowess: Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams, manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and drive organizational Change Management.

Soft Skills: Exceptional public speaking, persuasive communication, and high-level networking capabilities.
