Job Description
1. Administration & Office Operations (≈60%)

Manage daily office operations: facilities, equipment, office supplies, and utilities.

Act as the main point of contact with building management, vendors, and related partners.

Monitor office operating costs and propose cost optimization solutions.

Manage company assets and conduct periodic inventory checks.
-
Provide logistical support for meetings and internal events.
-
Ensure a safe, tidy, and professional working environment.

Support other administrative tasks as required.
2. Internal Activities & Internal Communications (≈40%)

Plan and execute employee engagement activities: teambuilding, company events, celebrations, and cultural programs.

Manage and operate internal communication channels (Slack, email, internal fanpage, etc.).

Create and design internal communication content (articles, posters, announcements).

Coordinate with HR and departments to implement employee engagement programs.
-
Collect employee feedback and propose improvements to internal experience.
Requirements
-
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Admin / Office Administration / People Operations / Internal Communications or related roles.

Strong organizational and task management skills; detail-oriented and responsible.

Ability to work with multiple stakeholders (internal teams and external vendors).

Good writing skills and aesthetic sense (experience with Canva or design tools is a plus).

Proactive, flexible, and service-oriented mindset.

Strong communication skills, positive attitude, and high energy.
